Riello Introduces New Range of Monoblock Ultra Low NOx Gas Burners

LEGNAGO, Italy, 5 th April 2022 – As part of its commitment to expanding its technology portfolio and comply with the increasing demand for very low nitrous oxide (NOx) emissions, RIELLO has developed a new range of monoblock burners based on the innovative ultra low NOx, or ULX, combustion technology. ULX technology operates on the control of the flows that are generated through the combustion process, which are then suitable to achieve low emission limits. With proper combustion chamber dimensions, NOx emissions lower than 40 mg/Nm3 @ 3.5% O2, without any need of FGR system can be obtained; moreover, for specific applications, emissions below 30 mg/Nm3 @ 3.5% O2 are also achievable. The RS 68÷510/E ULX burner series uses Riello’s new ULX combustion technology to provide low NOx emission, capable of meeting stringent environmental regulations. An integrated digital burner management system manages the air-fuel ratio to obtain excellent output control and to assure correct combustion and safe operation on all modulation ranges.
